Choose a section below: schedule exams, referral options, users and roles, published exams, or export who applied for each exam.
Schedule exam
Create exams with eligibility, banner, and information.
Exam centers
Venues shown when students apply for an exam. Seat numbers restart at 1 for each center. If a center is not listed, students should call the contact numbers on the website.
Referenced by options
Manage the Apply Exam "Referenced by" list and the teacher names used when applicants pick Teacher.
Dropdown labels on Apply Exam. Exact label Other shows a detail field; Teacher uses names from the Teachers tab. Rows are sorted alphabetically by name.
Shown when the applicant chooses Teacher in Referenced by. Inactive names stay here for admins but are hidden on Apply. Rows are sorted alphabetically by name.
Users
View registered users and how many exams they applied for. Use Edit to update a student's name or grant/remove Admin (who can use this Admin Panel).
Published Exams
Click an exam to open details, update fields, or set it active or inactive on Apply Exam.
Exam applicants
See who applied for each exam. Filter the list, export a CSV for your records, create and save missing answer sheets, download all sheets as one ZIP file, or print a single applicant's sheet from the table.
Answer keys
Publish an exam's answer key so every visitor can view and download it from the Apply Exam page sidebar. Optionally set a date after which it is no longer available.
